We all went to get foot massages after celebrating Small David's birthday. The team of masseuses in red jumpsuits did a pretty good job. Big David and Lincoln look like they're enjoying themselves, no?

After a dinner with the Hua Shan Middle School teachers where the baijiu flowed like water, things got messy. Small David forcibly attempts to smear Carrie with cake icing.

Bordun is probably the swankiest-looking (though not most expensive) restaurant in town, and serves damn good Uyghur food.

Lincoln bought thirty eggs. When we boiled them, we received quite a surprise.

Supposedly what Lincoln had bought was some variant of "1,000-year old eggs" which are slow-cooked to a jelly-like state underground.

Lincoln bought a rug "Made as Turkey" from this guy in Korla's Uyghur market.

I don't know what they're selling, but these "Music Man"-outfitted, bike-riding fellows cruise Korla all day, every day.
